International Youth Co-operation (IYOCO) was a new Youth Organization whose ultimate goal is to exploit modern technological advancement for the good of young people.

Its major objective was to promote International Co-operation between the Youth in such fields as Conflict Resolution, Human Rights, Intercultural Communication, Politics, International Relations, Development Co-operation and Environmental Conservation, aimed at creating a culture of peace among the Youth.

IYOCO tried to do this by providing a platform on the Internet to publish specific projects worldwide in which young people can co-operate. Such studies as the impact of violent conflicts and the role of the youth, the role of youth in conflict prevention, conflict resolution, peace-building, networking for peace are highly encouraged and will be promoted.

IYOCO also publicised upcoming events like conferences, seminars, workshops and symposia worldwide in which the youth can interact and share ideas. IYOCO published selected articles written by young people as well as other researchers worldwide in areas mentioned above and offers an address database for student organizations, faculties in universities and other institutions like International Youth Organizations to create a virtual embassy of the participating parties.
